The game is BEAUTIFUL! It is simple, but I fell in love with the kittens' personalities. *scroll, scroll, scroll* Even in pre-release, you can feel the love put into it. You don't need better graphics to be a great game because the artistic style is gorgeous! I'm not just being nice, I truly mean it! However, I did notice a few minor things, but they aren't serious at all.

  • Lack of content: This is OBVIOUS, but I'm mentioning it just in case. I'm sure future updates will bring more areas, which will be amazing! Right now, there are only a few cats and quests.

  • Depth: I noticed that if you move upwards, you suddenly hit the roof of the house. It would be better to add a "fade" effect to that part of the house when we are there. This would make it feel like we are BEHIND the house rather than on the roof (and don't forget the collisions, or players will hit a ghost roof!).
  • Objects: If an item is for a quest, it should disappear. Instead, it just stays there with a dialogue telling you to ignore it. To be honest, the dialogue is funny (though making them disappear after completing the quest shouldn't be too difficult).

I look forward to future updates! This is truly a project worth following.

Great game, with lovely graphics and huge potential! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks for trying it! I thought I wouldn't get anyone who played it for months, at minimum days, but you tried it in HOURS! The objects not disappearing thing was just me being lazy and I have now fixed it. I am currently working on the depth thing, I'm kinda new to pixel art, I tried making the house better but I had trouble, I'll definitely try again. And yeah, there's not much content yet, but I'll be working on it.

Also, the timing of that reply was crazy, I was literally thinking my graphics were bad when I scrolled down and saw this reply.

I'm currently trying to fix the depth thing, but I don't see the problem. Could you please explain the issue?

Sure! sorry for the delay... I’ll be as detailed as possible so you understand.

You see, right now as cats we’re on the ground, right? That’s where the "depth" issue I mentioned comes into play.

If we move upwards and go behind the house, we suddenly collide with the roof, as if we’d climbed right onto it. Other games handle this differently: when you go to that area, they prevent you from hitting the roof's collision box and slightly reduce its opacity (applying a fade effect), creating the illusion that you’re actually *behind* the house rather than on top of it.

If I’m actually just confused and it was meant to be this way, let me know—because, honestly, sometimes I can be a bit blind.

I think I got it working! On top of the corners and top of the roof it fades and you can now go fully behind the roof (but not the base), it should do it in the latest update (along with new content!). I may have misunderstood, but I think I got it. (You can't go behind the base though, if it's important, I'll make it possible to do so.)

I just tried it out, and it's honestly great! I also want to say I loved the touch of catching your own fish.

I hadn't realized there was another area until I saw the screenshots; it's really turning out great (the cat's paw when fishing was so cute).

Thank's a ton for the help! You saved my motivation for the game.

Also, your account turns 100 days old tomorrow!

Thanks! I’m always happy to provide feedback—it’s actually my only job.

Also, I wasn't aware of the thing about the days; I didn't usually use this account.
