I like the intro and death screen a lot. The fighting mechanics are good too. The turn based mechanic reminded me of crypt of the necrodancer.
I was a bit confused by what to do, the door was open but I couldn't go through it.

The door was intended only for monsters to go through, when we work on this further we’ll make sure to work something out to avoid the confusion.
