Well the first garden actually has a secret that leads you to what was behind the gate. So yeah :D
Ahh interesting, I tried killing the plant enemies or examining the bush but couldn't find anything.
Try... pushing the plant in a specific direction to complete the pattern. Thinking back... I should have used the pots for this. Bad design on my end there.
I just tried and I think it's fine like that, it's a nice secret and if you get it it makes the game pretty easy
