I liked the art and feel of the game, and the player's attack changing when you move was a cool idea. Perhaps a health bar or hit indicator could help you understand how well your attacks are working.

That's a nice suggestion.

We made the character's attack either kill the enemy or not work at all, depending on its element. Right now, you can hit and kill the enemy character as long as it is in flight-mode and the only indicator is its disappearing attack range and its different movement scheme.
