I had the same problem and reolved it like irrevelantQ did. (Please fix this game res bug asap, when the jam ends)
I had a lot of fun, and the moiviment, who i whould have otherwise described as slidy and not smooth, made the game much more fun... Super clever idea, good job!!! (i'm just assuming that was this the "Out Of Control" part, because the game didn't be proven wrong yet) 👍
