I like the variety of enemies and animations, but it really needs sound effects—at least for the Death figure when it approaches.

It lacks visual and audio cues—did I get hit or not? It’s hard to get one's bearings. There wasn't enough of a tutorial; I didn't grasp the meaning of the blood animation at the top. I also didn't understand if parrying deals damage—it seems like it does, but then again, I'm just guessing

Also, a few trees in the foreground are poorly positioned in front of the pits—making them hard to make out.
Well done!

Thanks for playing the game and providing some detailed feedback! In truth, as the main developer of game and also its artwork, I defo struggled to get all the audio and sound effects sourced and implemented within the short jam timeframe. I agree I should have found an audio cue for the parry timer and added sound effects to the combat or provided a visual to show if hte player got hurt.

The foreground being poorly placed was an oversight on my end so i do apologise! And regarding the blood enemy at the top, yeah I didn't get a chance to polish it and properly animate it lmao so I apologise once more. But i really appreciate the fact you tried my game out and I hope you enjoyed it overall!
