I found a bug while rearranging my apartment while in the care facility. I'm too large for a reinforced bed, and my feeder is too small for a bariatric bed. There can only be one bed per room, both of us need a bed assignment, and the apartment only has one room. I can't get out of the rearrange apartment menu, not even to reload a save. Could you add a way to reload a save / reach the top level menu from anywhere in the game.

Also less critical but I tied a girl to the automatic feeding machine for a month and I kept running into her randomly in town.

I sugested earlier that small, light characters should be able to sleep in larger beds.
The reaction was that this will be possible but characters will have bad nights when sleeping in a bed not made for their size.

Since problems, like the one you reported, will be history when larger beds are available for everyone, maybe we can get this behaviour earlier - and the "bad nights" feature later in next update.

Many thanks for reporting this! I'll get it fixed in the next update. Refreshing the game in your browser is your best option to get back to the main menu if you get stuck.
