I have finished the demo, it's really good... but I've got a feeling that I missed one of those orbs because I have 5, I explored everywhere in the current end location after noticing that, but I'm not sure if I can go back to the other areas or not.

You can! Now that you've beaten the demo, a pod that can take you back to both Sablee and Auria will appear in the Rietti plains, in the very top right room ^^
You can also click on the map to open the full map, which also shows the treasure found percentage
