With the bed system, I didn't want the smaller beds to become irrelevant & I wanted to maintain the bed progression as girls fatten up. I rationalise it by thinking that smaller girls would prefer to sleep on a normal bed rather than a massive floor mattress or a specialist bariatric bed.
But I will probably revise this to ensure you can continue to sleep in the same bed with girls, even if you need different beds. I'll probably make girls unhappy to sleep in an inappropriate bed, causing affection losses (similar to when their bedroom has an aesthetic they hate).
I've just released v5.18 to fix some bugs reported above & I've also fixed two bugs you reported previously: the fired managers staying unemployed and the need to chase unemployed house residents.
Your bedroom assignment suggestion will also be in the upcoming mini update. I've actually already finished putting it together!
