Health is represented by the "sanity" meter on the right - when unwanted visitors try to get in, you get a knock to your sanity. We did try to have a different color scheme with the delivery guys since they're orange while most other characters are less saturated but they could kinda blend together (especially when zoomed out more) so that fully makes sense.
