I remember seeing this in progress on the Discord! I used to be a middle school teacher who had to watch our version of detention a few times so this was slightly surreal. I loved just about everything about this game, though I wish the progression of pens was spaced out a bit more because I was able to snowball really quickly and there wasn't anything specific to shoot for after that except levelling up on the phone game forever, which isn't as involved if you have good towers. Really really great game!

Tapped out with 4 million points and 0 strikes!

This game deserves a lot more ratings because the amount of effort here is ridiculous. I am amazed this was done in the jam period because there is a LOT going on here. Admittedly I didn't really know what most of my upgrades did because the information given to the player is pretty dense and I was expecting the simpler mechanics most of the other jam games had, but I can recognize a ton of work went into this and I had fun and eventually won the game. There's mention of scores on the main menu but I'm not sure where mine are. Love the in depth game systems and the art!

I'm on a mission to play all the chess themed games in this jam, I thought the concept for this was pretty cool! I do wish there was indication of when someone's in check or some rules to how often the board can be spun during a single team's turn, because that is pretty easily abused.

This is a bonkers experience, wouldn't have expected that the game from this jam with the most ratings requires kicking dogs dozens of times

Messing with the browser's zoom settings is usually needed sadly, but a download is available for Windows users. Having it be fullscreen was needed for all the background art to be visible on the Itch page. And yes our artist is absolutely amazing!! I'm glad you enjoyed the glove, it was a lot of fun to program :)

Played this after playing Catsino, love both of these games and the different ways you approached similar gameplay, while still having really good visuals in both!

I love chess so I enjoyed playing this a lot! The music is really cool and I like the visual style, although I think the design of the rooks and bishops are too similar - really messed me up a few times. One type the wheel landed on "get another fate" and it didn't spin the wheel again and had no effect, but maybe I misunderstood it. This was fun to play!

This idea was really creative + for sure gets a 5 stars on seriousness. My only suggestion would be to improve the text box, it is a little frustrating trying to read since it goes extremely fast, can only show 1 or 2 sentences at a time and the wrapping causes words to change position as characters get added. My result was 20,403 lives lost over 40 years.

Love the art (especially the shopkeeper) and the music! This was really fun. I think I got kinda softlocked when one of the days required $850 and I never got an option in the shop to buy an extra spin, so even when my two balls would both land where I bet they would (or I used boosts to make sure it happened) every round, my money just went from $100->$200, $200->$400, $400->$800 and then failed. But such is the nature of gambling. Really good work!

I hit host game, which drops me into the world, but I can't press any keys or look around or do anything. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Will rate when I can play it!

It was really fun to see how all the spins compound into making the office more ridiculous (I had all the furniture be sold, and more doors installed.) The task assigned to me was always "pick up the trash", which I did pretty diligently and put as much as I could in the trash can (it builds up way faster than I can pick it up), but the 3 bars on the right always go down to 0 no matter what. Sometimes items would spawn that were also just impossible to pick up no matter where I stood. I also am not sure if all of the items with symbols above them were meant to be interacted with, because most don't let me press F to interact? (The server/printer in the middle of the office was an example. I know I could use the elevator only at night.)

Couldn't make it past 15:00 but I definitely enjoyed trying!

The visuals were really cute and I loved the music. I know the spinning was meant to be jarring but I wasn't really sure what the view that just has a bar and a line moving on it is meant to represent? Are those frames of the animation?

Newgrounds was a big inspiration for us! Thank you so much!

That'll help you survive, it won't help you win if the deliveries can't happen. Thanks for playing!

Aside from the room bug I was also a little confused on the logic around where the bullets go when I shoot, I couldn't really figure out what dictated which direction they went. Aside from that though I had fun with this and played it for a while!

This was a lot of fun!

Our team loved your game so this means a lot, thank you!

Loved this game, it was super cute. Was surprised when it ended but at least I got the good ending. Had a little gazelle guy. The art was wonderful.

My final result was BSSAS. I did have what might have been a bug where a VIP would tell me not to touch a color that wasn't there for a few seconds, then get rid of it, leading to a penalty because I couldn't get rid of a color that wasn't there. Regardless though, this was a cozy and calm game, I really liked it!

Loved this, has a lot of personality! Really made me think of this dark ride in Kennywood called "Garfield's Nightmare" I rode a lot as a kid for some reason.

Love this!
