Hello there,
it's ok to suggest things, but no, animated scenes will not be done. And to the case of "it needs it badly", not really, there are a lot of good games out there that do not need animations to stand out, is it a plus... yes, but there is a different from that to "needing it badly".

Can Kal at least rewrite this dialogue. It does very much hint at animations coming for CGs:

"Especially with the Anna teasing a video function for a couple of releases now when taking pool photos. So it was obviously in the back of Kal's mind at some point."

The thing is, it shouldn't be taken as a hint given that the comment is in relation to the livestreaming function that later becomes an activity at the studio and is different from the pictures.

Yeah it does not come across that way 😔 Maybe change to something like “If I went live one day, you’d be in the chat telling everyone I’m a natural, right?”
