This project definitely speaks through its visuals. Your art is the center piece of this game, and its great art. The game play loop was quiet simple while still being fun, but I think little things could elevate this to feel more game-y. Things like having the little dudes be able to sit on chairs or even demand chairs if there aren't any. Have them comment on the wall art or lack there of, as well as the flora, and maybe even include ways to keep customers in the launderette for longer (like a very expensive arcade machine). I didn't feel super inclined to push past the 9th day but I felt very inclined to decorate the place to my hearts content!

This is such great feedback, thank you so much! I completely agree with you about having the customers interact with the space more, the only reason it's not in there is just due to the time constraints of the jam. We totally wanted them to sit down, chat, drink coffee, and comment on decorative choices, and if we decide to keep working on this game after the jam, it's definitely on our agenda to add some sort of customer needs balancing system <3
