Are we... playing as Mark Brown himself in this game??
It's a little confusing on what you are supposed to do with the kids (I'm not sure how to stop them fighting for example) but the art is very well done.

You can stop fights by carrying the kids away from each other. Some fights are definitely hard to stop though, if a lot of kids are involved.
