I'm glad you liked the coworkers part! And thank you for your feedback on the work minigame. I suppose its tediousness is kind of the part of the statement of the game - that work is hard and often unrewarding and has to be endured despite your wish to just abandon it. But I see your point too. If that helps, you do not actually need to fill the green part all the time; it can actually be more effective to just do the hackwork (as the name implies), and then you will have more time to speak to your coworkers and do other stuff.
