Spaghetti I love it! It's like a devious version of SimCity. Love the wacky idea mixed with the unserious music. Also the mayor going from "Eh, whatever" pose to cheering you on while you spin the tornado is funny.
My only thing is - while having a button to launch the tornado, you have to unclick it which actually loses a bit of wind speed. Maybe bind RMB to launch so you can get maximum value.
But really, really well done!
