I would've liked to do more with the Chaingun but the first person model for it doesn't really leave a lot to work with and the third person model isn't really intended to be viewed from first person.

The first person model for the Doom 3 Chaingun is kinda just a hollow tube when you view it from outside the first person perspective.

I may bring it back but the "classic pump" firing animation for the shotgun was mostly cut because it didn't really feel right to me in the context of actual gameplay.

For the classic pump; am fine of you making it as a option. And one suggestion, I feel like the viewmodel's are a bit 'far' from the original, and can see the full forearm being hollow or not fully rendered when swaying(PS: I play on high fov, whoop whoop). And the withdraw and holstering animations, see you cutting somethings out that are not suppose to be seen from a higher fov.

Or it's just me ehh? Would be cool to restore the 'dry fire' animations, that were cut some apparent reason.

I'll see what I can do about quirks at high FOVs, but there is kinda always going to be some kind of compromise with viewmodel animations with adjustable FOV but I probably should've done more checks for problems outside of the intended 16:9 90 fov.

Wonder what made you put the flashlights beam in the center instead of the side? From vanilla.

It's been a few years since I did the Flashlight's animations and I don't fully remember. I think I may have just posed the flashlight in a way I felt looked appealing to me and it just so happened that that also pointed the beam more towards the center.
