I'd like to apologize for the bug. I hope it didn't ruin your enjoyment of the playthrough. One workaround is to play in fullscreen mode (the button in the bottom-right corner). In that case, itch.io overrides the default keyboard shortcuts, so the window won't close.

In the future, I will pay attention not to use browser-reserved keyboard shortcuts for controls, so that this kind of issue doesn’t happen again. Thank you for letting me know! (At least I learned something important from it.)
