Yes. No AI in the game. All the ugly Bobs and animations are a collaboration between asprite, deluxe Paint IV and my trembling hands (well hand, I only have one). Backgrounds made in pixlr. Music and sound made in Logic and converted to samples used in protracker :-)
Btw. I really like your Dreamcast experiments. Is it a very steep learning curve? Love to try making something for it!
ah okay. I was looking at the 'evil child' art with the dead people in the background, is that not part of the game?
Dreamcast has a lovely open source SDK nowadays called KallistiOS. I would guess 2D is probably 'easier' than what you're doing on Amiga, but if you wanted to do a 3D game it gets a bit more tricky?
