Hello!
I'm currently working on a Ren'Py system that uses text speed, pauses, colours and shaders to convey a character's emotional state through text presentation.
Over the last few days I've been integrating your shaders into my project, especially the glow shader. I've also experimented with a modified gradient / gradient-glow shader derived from your work.
One of my side projects is to eventually release this system as a standalone tool for other Ren'Py developers, so I'd like to ask for clarification regarding your license.
a) Would it be possible to redistribute MVNTSV1.rpy (with full credit and attribution) as part of the tool?
b) If redistribution is not allowed, would it be acceptable for my tool to simply support your shaders while instructing users to download MVNTSV1.rpy directly from your original release?
My custom shader started from your implementation and was later extended with additional behaviour, so I'd appreciate your guidance on whether redistribution of that code would be acceptable. Alternatively, if you find it interesting, I'd be happy to contribute it back to your suite.
Thank you for making these shaders available in the first place - they've been incredibly fun to experiment with, and have given me a lot of ideas.
If you're interested, I'd be happy to send you a link when I release the next update of my visual novel, where your shaders are integrated into the system.
