Certainly a more outlandish interpretation of the theme -- very creative! However, I'm not sure I had fun if I may be frank (I don't want to offend but that's my honest opinion >o<)

The choices aren't too interesting. When it's either a white cloud or a balloon the obvious choice to make is to click on the dragon.

Maybe I just suck at playing the game, but.. is there absolutely no way to make sure the storm cloud do not hit the dragon, or at least reduce the chance of it hitting the dragon? I try placing the storm cloud at the edge of the screen, and try to make it point away from the dragon, but they still homing towards the dragon anyway so it kinds of feels like my choices don't really matter

So in the end... the growth of the dragon is more like only at the mercy of the items generated...
