Pretty sure Exalt stacks with itself, so once your int is high enough and Exalt's duration is long enough you have infinite shields and exponentially lowering cooldowns.
Yeah I'm gonna give that a nerf
It gets even easier with Spellslinger
Just released a fix for that. Exult cooldown reduction only effects your other spells.
