Tried playing it with a Black Panther deck, and it wouldn't let me choose the sequence in which I would resolve the special abilities on his unique upgrades.

When you’re playing “01043”, before paying this card’s cost, you’ll get a target-select window where you can choose the order of your Black Panther upgrades. That order determines which ability resolves first.
By default, if the number of illegal targets in play matches the number of valid targets for an ability, the game will select all targets in the target-select window. You can disable this behavior by turning off Auto Targeting in the Log Menu (press Tab key to open it).

We’re not fully sure what you mean by the “Asset.zip” file.
In marvel-lcg-v0.5.9.200.zip, there is an assets folder. The game also has a feature to auto-download images, so we haven’t packaged an Asset.zip since version 0.5.9.169.
If you’re still having trouble locating it, could you share where you expect to find Asset.zip (or a screenshot of your folder structure)? We’ll investigate.
