Hello Artichat! I'm so sorry I couldn't communicate today, my discord account was hacked and I spent all day trying to regain access. Some friends and family told me the hacker sent them screenshots of a crypto web app scam or something like that. I'm very sorry for any uncomfortability this might have cause you and PrincessePika.

I still haven't regained access to any of my DC accounts, and since I don't have another way to contact you guys I figured I just leave a comment here and hope you read it. Maybe I'll create a new account tomorrow. If I do I'll let you know my new username here.

The other big thing is that my laptop is now infected with something so I'm not using that to work, and the only thing left I have is a PC with linux. I have backed up the game to github so I think I could keep working on it (we'll see tomorrow), but since I can't turn on the laptop I don't have the drive link with the art assets anymore.

I hope we can make it through this and have a build playable published. If you find a way to share the art you make with me (maybe sharing the drive link here temporarily?) let me know. I hope to have news from you soon.

Ah mate that sucks, make sure you change your passwords for other accounts if you used a shared password (and maybe use different ones for each account if you do)

Sorry I just saw this now! Damn, I'm sorry that happened to you, I hope you manage to get your account back and your laptop fixed soon! That must be very annoying. I haven't had any weird messages from your account, but thanks for letting us know. I'm glad you have a backup of the game, hopefully we can still finish it!

Do you have any updates? I hope you’re doing okay ❤️ Just to let you know that I’ve uploaded all the art assets and Princesse Pika will be uploading the music and sfx soon, just in case you still managed to work on the game.

Hello! Sorry for the delay, I spent a lot of time yesterday trying to recover the DC account but still no response. I kept working on the game yesterday and today and I'm pretty close to finishing :D

I hope to publish the game in an hour or less.

It's been a plesure to work with you!

Btw, have you had any news from PrincessePika? I don't have any audio tracks made by them so I had to improvise with everything audio-related myself. If they got a track, upload it to the drive folder ASAP please!

Amazing! That’s great to hear! Yes, Princesse Pika’s track has been uploaded, and I’ve added a few extra decoration details if you have time/want to add them in. Btw, I didn’t know what size some of the assets should be, so if you need them resized just let me know. Also, don’t forget to add us as collaborators on the itch page!

And likewise, it’s been a pleasure working with you too! 😊

I’m really glad we’ll be able to finish the game after all, thank you for all your hard work!

The game is up! I left credits for you guys in the game's page. I don't remember if itch.io had another way of giving credits in a game, I'll look up for it later!

Sadly I didn't had time to add the decoration tiles and the trees. These last ones because it was a pain to place every one of them and changing the graphic could potentially lead to a lot of work of reacommodation so I left it as it was. It doesn't look pretty, but it works :P

Other than that I think I managed to use all the assets. Also, thanks for the dirt tileset, it was really necessary!

Good job on the level design, you must have worked hard on it over the last few days! It’s a shame about the trees, but I guess we can always update it when the jam is over

Btw, I found out how to add collaborators, you have to go and edit the page, and at the top there should be a bunch of tabs, if you click on the tab at the end which says “More” it opens up a dropdown menu and one of the options is “Admins”. If you click on that, it takes you to a page where you can add collaborators by typing in their user name.

No need to apologize it was literally outside of your control, if anything I am sorry for the late delivery and not being as involved in the process as I would have liked. Hope it was fine for you (particularly I hope I didn't mess up with the file I sent I'm used to export in wav but it's a heavy format maybe you were looking for something else)

Just played the game and I really like how it came up, particularly a couple choices you made that I won't spoil here just in case ;) I think it ends up really being in the vibe we envisionned at the start with the team we assembled.

Thank you for including me in this, it was a nice first experience and makes me wanna enter jams again after a bit of rest :)
