So I found the sprite thing, but what do you use for the profile picks? Like what specific website or engine?
CivitAI, but you'll have to make an account, and you have tokens(buzz) that limit how much you can generate everyday. Use Pony Diffusion V6 XL and add the No Artist Style LoRa, specifically Smooth 2. It will get you close to the original art work.
Alternatively, use whatever you want if you don't care about the style difference. You can use Perchance's furry generator, then find some website that will let you upscale it and remove the background for free. Probably, everyone's best option at the moment.
When you say it didn’t work did it just not give you any output at all or was it just bad output? TripoSG is probably the ‘safe’ option just because it let’s you gen more sprites but https://www.tripo3d.ai/’s model is a little stronger for quality and inference
Also make sure you’ve removed the background as best as possible before upload. I just paint.net and the magic wand tool skipping the online removers, it takes ten seconds and you can adjust as you’d like
Yeah not sure what’s going on if it’s the mask or just needs more coverage. MeshyAI worked on their prime model but requires payment to download. Their free model just up and refused to gen at all. It’s going to be very very crunchy anyway, I’d save the current one for dialogue portraits but copy and create a new image with a bit more shirt and try again on TripoSG
