When you say it didn’t work did it just not give you any output at all or was it just bad output? TripoSG is probably the ‘safe’ option just because it let’s you gen more sprites but https://www.tripo3d.ai/’s model is a little stronger for quality and inference
Also make sure you’ve removed the background as best as possible before upload. I just paint.net and the magic wand tool skipping the online removers, it takes ten seconds and you can adjust as you’d like
Yeah not sure what’s going on if it’s the mask or just needs more coverage. MeshyAI worked on their prime model but requires payment to download. Their free model just up and refused to gen at all. It’s going to be very very crunchy anyway, I’d save the current one for dialogue portraits but copy and create a new image with a bit more shirt and try again on TripoSG
