Can I ask how you were able to fix it? I am having a similar issue...
Open terminal and type With a space after
chmod +x
then drag app in to terminal window
then type with a space after
chmod -R 755
drag app in again
This works, hopefully there will be an update so people won’t have to do this kind of fix. Thanks for writing your solution
