Hi everyone,

I can see in my profile that I completed the tax interview on November 26, 2025, but my status is still showing as "pending validation."

I reached out to support about this on January 9, 2026 (Ticket ID: 335612), but I haven't received any updates yet. 
Is there anything I can do?

If you check the forum, you'll see that this question has been answered several times (and it appears in the documentation). Itch only validates interviews when you request your first withdrawal, not before, since validating the interview costs $3, which is deducted from your first withdrawal.

Your tax information only is validated once you create your first payout. Pretty sure this is spelled out on the tax identity page. Did you not see that information?

I can see that you created a payout request 15 hours ago, and your tax info has now been validated.
