Hello!

My comments are stuck in indefinite moderation. I can't review a games and can't ask a question on a plugin pages.

I contacted support about this issue on 26 of march. Same day I received confirmation mail that my request is reviewed with this number attached (354373). Haven't received any kind of answer since. Tried replying to confirmation mail on 30 of April and once again haven't received any reply.

Currently I'm going to participate in a jam with submission ending on 19 of May, and I would very much love to be able to comment on other people projects. Not being able to do it, kind of kills 50% of the purpose of such an event.

What can I do to try and fix comment issue in a timely manner?

it seems all comments have dissapears at least from my edge browser if checked my games and noticed that you can still see them in each artists comment timeline, but clicking on it leads to an empty devblog page (kinda) and the option to return to the game, plugin. im not complaining thou, i just noticed this thread and wanted to report that it seems to be a general sidewide problem, which might not even be on itch site as far as i as no idea about all this can say from the traffic site you only reach that tells you this what is said lol well if i would have to guess it might be some europe lag .....well from an europe view lol, anyway i guess it might be just a tempory thing, as it seems to be rather a no connetion or too much traffic thing :) wish you all a nice day and much love <3
