Thank you so much for playing the game and giving my writing a shot!

I've been going through the script myself since publishing and I agree with what you said about repetition. The in media res opening being repeated basically verbatim every single time is quite jarring and doesn't flow properly with any of the additional text.

I'll fully admit that I basically just copied and pasted those segments as a time-saving measure, which goes for some other scenes in the game as well; it was a decision made more out of desperation rather than a creative one. That's definitely something I'll be improving upon in future drafts, and thank you for drawing my attention to it!

Yes the semicolons are also something I went a bit too trigger-happy with in hindsight, I think something about me just gets a kick out using them haha. I don't think I noticed it in the moment, but going over the script again I absolutely could have used some commas instead or just broke stuff up into separate sentences.

Thank you for being so honest and sharing your criticisms with me. I'm self-taught on both the writing and the programming aspect, and since this was my first real project I highly value any feedback that can help me improve, especially from another writer!

I'll be looking forward to your team's future projects as well and I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for Miracle heart's eventual full release!

Thank you!

I'm glad you took it so well, some people can get really offended by writing critiques and the fact that you don't shows that you rlly do care abt improving which is admirable ^^

The time constraints are always hard to deal with. I'm lucky to have a full team to do basically all of the programming and art and whatnot for me, so I can focus solely on writing and directing ^^; so I think it's a little unfair for me to be too harsh on stuff that was done out of desperation.

I've been writing on a consistent basis for almost a decade and trust me it only gets harder. The best of luck~
