Very cosy. Very spring. Very shifting realities. All 3 theme-boxes ticked! I really enjoyed the retro style, and it was really nice to play through.
Although, what are the implications of travelling to the future, to bring a flower back to present-day, and eating it before it’s even been grown???
The retro arcade look grabbed my attention. I really liked it. I loved the close and open animation for the dialog and the swirling effect as well! I loved that the music changed between realities, following the same leitmotif, but it was getting a bit repetitive, although it sounded awesome (it's still stuck in my mind!). You really did well with the shifting realities theme! Great job!
I really love the retro/GBC art style and I like that the music changes between the different seasons!
I love your take for the theme "Shifting Reality". Your game might just be one the ones that did it the best!
Thank you so much! Where I live we're in Fall right now so I thought joining a Spring themed Jam was funny, then the theme dropped and I knew what I had to do!
Great game, I played through to the end and liked the cute story with the animals. I like the retro aesthetic and the swirl effect was cool. The 'shifting reality' theme was perfectly incorporated. One small thing is that the font might've been a bit hard to read, but overall a very polished and cozy game, well done!
Thank you for your feedback! I used the same font for another retro game in the past but it didn't have as much dialogue as this one, should have use something more readable since the text actually matters. Still glad you enjoyed it!
Fun concept and really nice execution gg!
Thank you! Glad you liked it!
I really like the CRT scanline effect; it gives the game such a great retro vibe! Also, just a small suggestion: maybe use different colors for different NPCs' dialogue to make them easier to distinguish.
Thanks for the feedback! That's such a neat solution, I noticed the problem during testing but couldn't come up with a clean one.
the change of tune when you shift to spring, it got stuck in my head in a funny way. I enjoyed it!
Apparently I nailed it with the music, wasn't expecting people to like it that much! Glad you liked it!
Cute little adventure, it was fun to explore and to interact with the NPCs!
The music lives rent fre in my head now
Glad to know you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing!
A good game and I love the retro look! The music was a bit annoying after 5 minutes but that doesn't make the gameplay bad.
Thanks for the feedback! With retro sounds it's always hard to make something that it isn't tedious, will take it into account!
Man, the music is in my head now, lol! Nice retro game, the theme is respected, well done and thank you!
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you liked it :)
Really fun experience! Cute dialog and cozy experience
Thank you so much!
