How does it work? Am I missing something, or should it be played in fullscreen mode?
You have to type the highlighted character in the “THE MACHINE STOPS” window.
As you type, you earn tokens and can buy upgrades in the “Market” window to start generating tokens passively.

Ah, sorry my mistake. I thought the player earned credits automatically or its like a clicker.
You eventually do, but it starts off with manual typing :)
