BTW: How many people worked on this? The credits had so many names :-) How did you divide up the roles?

There was 6 of us and we're used to working as a team together, so the roles were pretty easy to divide. 
The hard part is keeping the vision shared while people start working on their individual corners.
But we were physically together as well, so that helped a lot.
