Looks like a cultivation simulation game. Cultivation is a (primarily Chinese) fantasy setting/trope, involving practices to enhance your Qi and developing, essentially, superpowers. it's extremely popular, and has a small Western fanbase too. In this case it's a pregnancy-oriented setup involving dual cultivation (cultivation involving sex, dual = two people).

It's a minimalist Cultivation game with an impregnation fetish.
You are a cultivator (magical monk seeking immortality) who progresses via dual cultivation (having sex). You spend years gathering Qi (mana) and spend it in a magic-fueled sex session to increase your Cultivation, which lets you gather Qi faster. Impregnating your partner also increases your Talent, which increases how much Cultivation you gain, and extends your lifespan.
The goal is to reach pseudo-immortality by impregnating your partners faster than your lifespan decreases. It's a math puzzle.
