The policewoman doesn't appear in the game, but you can find a clue about her (chose "Wait" in the headmaster cabinet).

Game-over conditions:
1) Select ‘Believe him’ in the car park during the prologue.
2) Select ‘Wait for something to happen’ in the cell or spend too much time (Time > 100)
3) Lose to Desmond (can be done via the ‘Surrender’ command)
4) Lose to Grace (can be done via the ‘Surrender’ command)
5) Lose to Charlotte (can be done via the ‘Surrender’ command)
6) Lose to Lucia (can be done via the ‘Surrender’ command)
7) Lose to Miguel (can be done via the ‘Surrender’ command)
8) If you lose consciousness in the ‘Boiler room’ (5 HP is deducted per turn after any two actions)
9) Raise the ‘Alert’ level very high (above 100). The easiest way to do this is by entering and fleeing from stationary opponents (Charlotte, Lucia); each escape adds +15 to Alert.
10) If ‘Alert’ > 60, but defeat Raul in the final battle (Bad ending)
11) If ‘Alert’ > 60, but lose to Raul in the final battle
13) If ‘Alert’ < 60, but lose to Raul in the final battle
14) If ‘Alert’ < 60, but defeat Raul in the final battle (Good ending)
