I think the learning system is busted I can't seem to learn any mutations no matter how high my science is its just nothing doing shit. In the previous update it was working just fine.

hello. Thanks for the feedback. Science is supposed to raise the chances of performing a successful reaction in the lab.

It seems more like the inspect isn't tagging the mutations during collection once you need the 3 fragments, I just updated the game today and made my way back to the second quest and it's not ticking fragments

Yeah, the question mark shows up on the patients and I hit inspect but the little mutation symbol with the x1 or whatever number doesn't show up anymore. So I'm like 3 days from the deadline with 0/3 fragments. Unless fragments are something else, but I can't collect them from inspecting patients with mutations.

If there's a question mark then inspect will document the mutation instead of taking a fragment. The next time that mutation appears it won't be a question mark and you should be able to inspect as normal.

So was I getting unlucky and didn't have repeat mutations to get fragments of?

I dunno what it is but even when I do manage to identify a mutation it's not a guarantee I get a fragment from it when it shows up again. I just can't get past the second mission anymore.

are you inspecting every patient? like, every single one? because that should get you the fragments
