If there's a question mark then inspect will document the mutation instead of taking a fragment. The next time that mutation appears it won't be a question mark and you should be able to inspect as normal.

I do since I haven't gotten any other action. I haven't played again since making the comments since I was getting nowhere but I would inspect get the lightbulb but I would rarely if ever see another patient that didn't have another question mark instead of the mutation icon
If it matters I'm on the paid version
