I am writing to formally request assistance with my tax interview and payout method approval, which have been pending for 14 days.

• Tax Interview Submitted: 14 days ago (Status: Pending validation, Country: TR)
• Payoneer Connection: Approved by Payoneer and linked to my account 10 days ago.
• Support Status: I have sent 3 support tickets regarding this delay but have received zero response.

My games are ready to be launched professionally, but this administrative hold is preventing my progress. Could a staff member please review my case and expedite the approval?

I don’t see any open payouts on your account.

As a reminder, your tax information is only validated after open your first payout request. We do not pre-validate accounts, since it incurs a fee to do a validation. (We would be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on accounts that never earn anything)

We do not put any “holds” on your account while you tax information is on file. You can start operating your account after you fill out the form
