I am writing to formally request assistance with my tax interview and payout method approval, which have been pending for 14 days.
- Tax Interview Submitted: 14 days ago (Status: Pending validation, Country: TR)
- Payoneer Connection: Approved by Payoneer and linked to my account 10 days ago.
- Support Status: I have sent 3 support tickets regarding this delay but have received zero response.
My games are ready to be launched professionally, but this administrative hold is preventing my progress. Could a staff member please review my case and expedite the approval?
