Oh that is a bug apparently! It goes on for a lot longer then that.
You have to press Spacebar to get out of your chair :D
I will try to fix the bug tho can you describe what you did or did you just press F to get out and it bugged?
I feel I had tried pressing space and other keys and it seemed like I got myself locked in that state.It's not impossible it's due to my setup (Linux + Proton). I'll just watch one of the playthroughs I guess!
