Yeah I was aiming for the psychological horror here a bit, it was more story telling then jump scares :)

Thanks for playing! :D

Thanks for the amazing game jam Gunners!

Glad I was a part in this ❤️

Thanks for the feedback! Will try to play yours aswell ❤️

Thanks for playing! Great you liked it ❤️

I must say, yeah he is incredibly fast ;-;

though I love the artstyle and the vibe of the game, great work :D

Try my game too if you want! <3

Thanks!

Thanks for playing my game! :D
Yeah some grammar errors were made due to me rushing trying to finish this project haha
Tho glad you liked it! :)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I notified Gunscreen, he will decide what to do with it.

Though yes it will likely be disqualified due to breaking the rules.

The FBI guys plot was fully fictional though the setting of the prologue and the events that take place are real.

The "Missing Link" to the Zodiac Killer was also just a theory I created for the game, as the killer only ever had 7 confirmed murders.

Glad you like it though! :D
Thanks for playing

Thanks for playing!

Yeah some settings had to be cut due to the game being made in only 14 days! :D

Glad you liked it tho! :)

Yeah all the assets are made from scratch with only an exception for like 2-3 (including the car etc. which were royalty free models from itch.io I think)

Glad you liked the game though :D
Some parts were kinda underwhelming, noticed it myself, the schedule was pretty tight. :)

You can always edit your gamepage befoer, nah?

Thanks! <3

Thank you so much!
Glad you like it - and yeah the wordle is a bit tricky, looking forward to seeing gunscreen solve it ;)

Insane graphics I must say. Very, very well done :D
Was a short, though fun experience - the lighting has such a vibe

Thought about maybe expanding on it, but not sure yet :D
Glad you liked it tho! <3

Thanks a lot! :D

Thank you! <3

I will try to fix the bug tho can you describe what you did or did you just press F to get out and it bugged?

Oh that is a bug apparently! It goes on for a lot longer then that.

You have to press Spacebar to get out of your chair :D

Thank you! <3

Interest, unique graphic style! :D
Solid game, the mechanics were really creative!

Very nice game!
The atmosphere and art are outstanding! :D

Thank you for playing my game! <3

Thanks for playing the game! :D

A lot of time was spent to create all the assets, that's why the game fell a bit short in the end.
Glad you liked it though and had fun! :)

Thanks for playing my game! :D

Yeah the game lacked the typical fast flashing horror - instead I aimed for a more uneasy, natural ambience, besides the two encounters.
Glad you liked it though!

It's a basic game of wordle :D
Just type in 4 letter english words - they will be shown as Zodiac Code though.
So you need to remember what word you typed and what letter there is :D

Glad that you liked it! :D

Thank you! :D

Press "more options" or so and then run anyways

The timer is in your native time.

You can not extend the submission deadline on itch.io as that breaks the gamejam usually requiring Admins to step in and repair the timer.
We all had close to 16 days - we need to work with what we have.

Hello! :D
We have a pretty strict NoAI Policy in terms of generative AI (with Voice Overs being an ok but not well perceived exception).
Therefore please do NOT use AI to generate any assets, textures etc.

There are more creative ways, a lot of plattforms offer royalty free footage of human faces from multiple sites you could use for models!
So, no - no AI generated content.

This is the normal way to upload a game to itch.io - this is the inteded way for the jam! You can make a browser game, but that is not mandatory.

Wrong place for this.

I think most of the infromations about the cases are public along with images etc. - you would need to do some more research on that I think.
Though in terms of game design, I would suggest something like a police document or so showing up in the end with information.

There are many approaches to include the information in terms of game design. Be creative! :D
