Loved the concept of this and the starting animation is adorable! The little mini puzzles for opening the doors was a nice touch as well.

One possible bug I ran into was at one point I could no longer reload any of the weapons. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not as it came after collecting the brown pots/coin purse looking items.

Developer

Thanks for playing I'm glad you enjoyed it, it was a bug the wand/beginning weapon is supposed to be infinite ammo but I miscoded the reload for it.

Really interesting and unique game. Made it to the end. GG.

I actually quite liked this. It's clearly a prototype but i can see the vision. The art is quite charming and reminds me of old 00's mmos. Pushing jars to open doors rather than keys is a nice change. The skull weapon did bug out on me and wouldn't fire the laser sometimes.

I have a big nostalgia for those kind of games, as an early 90's kid myself, so I appreciate that! Thank you

Really enjoyed this one! Each weapon felt smooth, and I liked exploring the level you created. Also, amazing job on the intro cutscene!

Developer(+1)

Haha thanks! For the cutscene I kind of pulled together my planning sketches and that's about it 😆

Not bad, but I ran into a bug where the starting weapon wouldn't reload anymore, and the skull weapon doesn't really make sense to me, I'm not sure where to aim with it.
