That's exactly what I did D; I had a function run that reset all the variables (the most important being the bird stage variable back to 0), the function does run but then the stage doesn't change back :S I assume I've accidentally set it somewhere else so just got to go through all the code with a fine-tooth comb :') Thank you for the suggestion though!

Wow! this game is probably the most polished I've played so far. I love the different varieties of flowers, the differences as they level up as well as when choosing their upgrade. The death and replanting animation was also just beautiful, a perfect way of looping. I genuinely have no critiques other than maybe an ability to speed up some waves? - unless this already comes up as a relic later on since I was not able to complete all 40 waves. I absolutely love everything about this and I have never really been one for tower-defence games. Amazing job!
Absolutely in awe from the art as soon as the game started. WOW - beautiful, the writing, the music, the art just gorgeous! Like others have said the puzzles were a bit confusing, especially the first with the sheers as until reading other comments I did not realise the bluebirds riddle had nothing to do with the sheers. A bug that I did notice - due to me being silly and picking up more items than sense, after a while of dropping the items etc I realised I couldn't pick any up, where originally they stacked as 5 per slot I was then stuck with 2 or 3 without being able to gain anymore until I reset the game. Other than that, an extremely well polished game, unbelievable that you guys were able to create this in such a short amount of time!
I played the web build version - a very sweet game, with very cute art, absolutely love the little dance animations! Might just be me but I think displaying the dance order with arrows would be easier to understand, turns out I apparently don't know the order of my keys lol! I had the same issue as others with the 3 flowers, after handing them in I did decide to just hover around and wait to see if when the honeycombs have finished filling up you would be able to collect more flowers again but this didn't seem to be the case. Very cute game with a lot of potential, nice work!
A very sweet game, love the use of the colour palette. A super interesting mechanic with the custom weapons! Also the inventory/backpack wheel is just super satisfying. Two small bugs I noticed - during the customisation screen the back arrow doesn't actually go to the previous option rather it seems to start possibly at the beginning again? The other being with the projectile weapons, if up against a wall, facing in any of the 4 directions, the projectile does not travel. Other than those small bits, its so impressive that you were able to create this during the jam time span, nice job!!
Thank you so much for playing, yeah I really struggled with how to make the buttons obvious they were disabled with the colour palette, and by then I was running out of time (poor time management on my half oops). There is a difference but it is far too subtle, the negative sound seems like a good idea! thank you for the suggestion <3
Thank you for trying out the game, yes unfortunately the web build seemed to have introduced some bugs I hadn't noticed prior. The sleep however shouldn't have been a bug, the first 2 sleeps are a forced timer but after that you just select the icon again to go in and out of sleep as you please. I missed stating 'ESC' is how you get out of the check health screen, my bad!
I absolutely love the art style behind this, it truly stands out. This is a super fun take on minesweeper, although being so used to placing flags I kept purposely stepping on the mines oops haha, other than that my only qualm is the camera jitter when moving, as it became very hard to focus. Wonderful game though, super nice job!
It is crazy impressive that this was completed during the jam, it is so well polished. While I'm just repeating what others have already said, the art is unbelievable! and so musical aspects. I love the idea of the gameplay mechanic, but I unfortunately have absolutely no rhythm ability and struggled quite a bit, but I think this would be an amazing game for anyone that enjoys rhythm games. Super nice work!!
A sweet game, and loved the animation of his mushroom being stolen haha. A very interesting concept, especially with the tree, felt like mini golf! I do wish there was a way to just move a placed item rather than having to reset the level though, as pressing ESC in browser and being dragged out of full screen mode becomes a little tedious
