hi idk why the games turns off and starts from the beginning while playing, not saving any progress. It also happens if i close the app. Why does anyone know?
Hello are you perhaps using web build? Sadly game is bit heavy for web build especially of your browser past is full or there is so many cookies in the behind of app. Web build can crash or lag easily. Downloaded version is alot smoother on this regard so you can either try vlearing the brower past & cookies and try again or try the downloaded app version. I hope you can play the game with no problem 😊

I hope you were able to get things working, but yes, as JustaOneGirl also advised, if you are trying the web build, I'm afraid the game is getting rather large for web, so I would also recommend trying a download version for smoother play. if you are still having problems please give me more details and I'll try to investigate further.
