Hello are you perhaps using web build? Sadly game is bit heavy for web build especially of your browser past is full or there is so many cookies in the behind of app. Web build can crash or lag easily. Downloaded version is alot smoother on this regard so you can either try vlearing the brower past & cookies and try again or try the downloaded app version.
