Great job! Love the character creation system. Easy but still provides a lot of room for creativity, plus I love supers systems.

Great setting and good port of the EtR spirit. The layout and background is very tight and looks fun. The Freaks back story, powers, and gaining Leverage are cool rpg aspects.  Good equipment list and NPC lists.  Would be cool to lean more into Specials to be more unique like the vampires in EtR.  Would definitely play sometime... Congrats

I like this a lot! This is probably the only Havoc Engine game I've seen that could really lend itself to anything longer than 2 or 3 sessions of play for a single campaign. The example missions sound like a lot of fun, and provide a useful framework to anyone who would want to create their own custom missions. The inclusion of two full pages of gadgets is amazing, with some very clever and evocative +requirements. 

The art is great. The premise is great. Lots of flavor baked in right from the jump. 

I really like that you worked up multiple missions to demonstrate that this is less about completing one big job and more about the life of a supercriminal prisoner trying to survive.
