Just use a lot of health and restraint potion, and tease him until his libido is full rather than attacking (or you can attack the female, she'll be quick to go down, but teasing will act on the three ennemies). Ans it's Rouhsk x)
It may also help to make sure you have good gear on. By that point, you may want to go get proper armour on so you can better soak incoming hits.
If you're doing the attacking route, you'll also want a strong weapon.
Always travel with potions - you're a herbalist, you should have potions with you. Upgrading your garden at home means you can plant a lot of red berries to make a pile of strong healing potions. If you're having libido problems you can also focus there.
Definitely focus down the acolyte first. I actually usually physically smack the healer down, then focus more on teasing when there's just the other two.
