im stuck with javier quest i found out who aluka is i gave him money but nothing happened so idk how to go past that and i cant find the thief for the allison mission and i cant go past the main quest as well
You need to talk to NPCs around the world to spread the word about the clinic, as for the thief, it's a hidden character, so it's hard to find, you need the Ninja Security perk to have a chance for them to appear, hope that helps.
That’s strange starting from day 19 or 20 you should already be able to access the lake, i haven’t found any bugs related to this, so my only explanation is that you’re playing on an old save file
