do i have to do something to make the thief spawn? i got the ninja security perk
You need to progress with Allison to advance the main quest, and if you have the Ninja Security perk, the thief will appear at some point
The thief only appears on the map at night
i know but i still cant find it been searching for 2 hours
It should appear by the lake
the lake isnt a location and there's nothing in the map close to the lake either

That’s strange starting from day 19 or 20 you should already be able to access the lake, i haven’t found any bugs related to this, so my only explanation is that you’re playing on an old save file
i actually downloaded the game today
I’ll take a closer look at the issue then
