It's intense, well tought, I just find it too hard for me. The fire caught me almost at the beginning, it's really challenging.

Yea, its kinda like decision and management, where player have to maintain their heartrate and energy, The game becomes hard when heartrate is high, so player have to drink water to lower it. Each water dispenser can be drink 3 times, so player is encourage to drink more water while climbing.
Heartrate determines the game speed.
